Food Quality Assurance Lead – Continuous Improvement

Kinisla Coleraine manufacturing site is recruiting a Quality Assurance Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will lead Food Safety and Quality standards on the shop floor, driving problem solving and teamwork while building trust through effective leadership.

You will manage and develop the Compliance Auditor and Laboratory team, conduct audits, close out findings, support customer and third‑party audits, and travel to meetings as required.
