This customer-facing role requires travel with overnight stays and is ideal for candidates with bio-medical or laboratory experience. Training and induction will be provided to ensure success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide product expertise and support.
- Travel within the South Wales area to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product usage and customer interactions.
