Technology Programme Lead – Hybrid Change Delivery

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Technology Programme Manager on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a varied programme of change that improves council services for residents, colleagues and communities.

You will work with colleagues and partners to shape plans, resolve challenges and deliver practical, sustainable improvements within a clear governance framework. A MSP qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
