We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering market-leading solutions. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex customer challenges, and can turn customer needs into valuable product outcomes.
What you’ll do
As Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product backlog and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX teams, and customers to ensure the right problems are being solved in the right way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritising the product backlog
- Translating requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business priorities
- Supporting release planning and defining key product features
- Collaborating with Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Participating in agile ceremonies and setting sprint goals
- Monitoring delivery against agreed release plans
- Supporting customer engagement activities, demonstrations, and show-and-tell sessions
- Identifying and communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Contributing to go-to-market and product launch activities
- Developing deep product and domain expertise
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in people who combine strong product thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role
- Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills
- The ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
- Experience using lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence working in complex and fast-changing environments
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to doing the right thing
At System C, you’ll be part of a team delivering technology that makes a real difference. We foster a culture built on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, integrity, and professional growth. You’ll have opportunities to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside talented colleagues who care deeply about improving health and care outcomes.
All our roles are offered on a hybrid basis, with colleagues spending a minimum of two days each week in the office to connect, create, and grow together. (Excludes associate and field-based roles).
If you’re passionate about delivering customer value, working collaboratively, and shaping products that improve lives, we’d love to hear from you.
We prioritise transparency in our job requirements and selection criteria, ensuring they are based solely on the essentials needed for effective job performance. We consciously avoid assumptions that could skew our perception of a candidate’s suitability for hire.
Our recruitment practices are designed to ensure that no applicant is unfairly disadvantaged by procedures or requirements that disproportionately affect protected groups without being essential for the job.
For every position, we develop a detailed job description and person specification. This approach maintains our focus on the true demands of the role and the skills, experience, and qualifications necessary. During interviews, we involve multiple interviewers where possible to further mitigate unintentional bias, thereby promoting a fair and equitable hiring process.
