Healthcare Facilities Manager – Safety, Compliance, Ops

The Avalon Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day non-clinical site services including Catering, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will manage a multi-skilled workforce and ensure safe, compliant, well-maintained environments to support high-quality care.

You will oversee procurement, asset management and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to warranties, insurance and NHS Standards.
