Rodial is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded PR, Events & Affiliates Manager to join our London team. This is a hands‑on role covering PR coordination, events, founder support and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with our external PR agencies across London, New York and Los Angeles, supporting the day‑to‑day execution of global PR activity and ensuring opportunities, launches and events are followed through effectively. You will also take ownership of our affiliate platforms, including ShopMy and LTK, with a focus on building these into commercially successful channels for the brand. Rodial is a founder‑led business, and this role will work closely and directly with the Founder & CEO. The working style is fast‑paced, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative, with ideas and priorities moving quickly. You will need to be comfortable with direct communication, taking initiative, responding at pace and turning conversations and ideas into action without requiring extensive direction.
PR & Agency Coordination
- Act as the day‑to‑day internal point of contact for Rodial’s PR agencies across London, New York and Los Angeles
- Support agencies operationally with products, samples, assets, information, press requests, gifting and launch requirements
- Coordinate PR calendars, product launches, press appointments and agency deliverables across markets
- Track opportunities, coverage, product placements and follow‑ups to ensure activity is maximised
- Maintain organised PR reporting and ensure key actions and opportunities are followed through internally
Founder PR & Event Support
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to support her external profile and PR activity
- Support press opportunities, speaking engagements, launches, dinners, panels and industry events
- Coordinate invitations, schedules, briefing information and logistics around founder appearances
- Liaise with PR agencies and external partners to ensure founder opportunities are organised and executed effectively
- Anticipate requirements, follow up on actions and ensure opportunities move forward without needing to be continually prompted
- Provide hands‑on support around key events in London and internationally where required
Events
- Plan and execute Rodial press, retailer, brand and community events from concept through to delivery
- Manage venues, suppliers, invitations, guest lists, gifting, product, budgets and event logistics
- Coordinate closely with external PR agencies and the internal team around launches and events
- Support smaller founder‑led breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as larger brand launches
- Ensure events deliver strong PR, brand visibility and commercial value
Affiliates – ShopMy & LTK
- Own the day‑to‑day management and growth of Rodial’s affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK
- Manage product launches, gifting initiatives, commission structures and campaigns across both platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase affiliate sales and improve platform performance
- Track sales, conversion, commissions and ROI, producing regular performance reports and recommendations
- Work closely with the Social, Influencer & Partnerships Manager to ensure affiliate activity complements the wider creator strategy
- Identify high‑performing affiliate relationships and opportunities for further commercial growth
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience at this level nationally and internationally
- Has demonstrated progression and/or self‑development in previous roles
- Numerical and literacy skills; Able to demonstrate effective written communication and make practical use of relevant management information.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills encompassing presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- A charismatic and influential relationship builder
