About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Campaign Manager to join their marketing department, operating remotely. This role is instrumental in the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to achieve specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will coordinate efforts across multiple channels, manage project timelines, and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong project management skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, contributing to the successful deployment of impactful campaigns in a dynamic remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generating reports on key metrics, and providing insights for optimization.
  • Develop compelling campaign messaging and calls-to-action tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all campaign materials.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify learnings for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
