UX Researcher – Remote, Data-Driven Insights for Products

Fainzy Technologies is seeking a UX Researcher to deeply understand users and inform product decisions with data-driven insights. You will plan and conduct studies, synthesize findings, and work with product and design teams to create user-centered experiences.

The role involves coordinating qualitative and quantitative research, building personas and journey maps, and presenting findings to influence the roadmap. Hybrid/remote options and collaborative team culture are offered.
