Communities & Social Value Manager – Hybrid, Manchester

Clarion Housing Group’s Latimer development arm seeks a Communities & Social Impact Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social value initiatives across our development projects in the North region.

You will measure impact using HACT and TOMs, manage multi-stakeholder relationships with communities, authorities and schools, and ensure Section 106 requirements are met while working in a hybrid Manchester-based role.
