Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting experienced Hygiene Operatives to join our valued client, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, based in the HU7 area of Hull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene experience who is looking for full-time, Monday-to-Friday work within a well-established food production environment.
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across the production facility.
Your Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out deep cleaning of production areas, machinery and equipment
- Cleaning and sanitising machinery in line with site hygiene procedures
- Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food safety
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Completing cleaning schedules and hygiene documentation accurately
- Ensuring all assigned hygiene tasks are completed to the required standard
- Working closely with the wider production and hygiene teams
- Reporting any hygiene, equipment or safety concerns to your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
Previous hygiene experience is essential for this position.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or food production
- Good knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Confidence working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Working Hours
Monday to Friday6:30am-3:00pm
15:00-23:30
