RAC is seeking a Lead SMR Technician in the Kent area to lead a team of around 25 Mobile Mechanics. You will provide technical guidance, supervise diagnostics and repairs, and drive service quality and safety across the region.
You’ll stay hands-on when needed while developing colleagues and promoting best practices. The role combines leadership with technical expertise within the SMR division.
