Job Role
- Train, recruit and coach staff to get the best out of them
- Implement both company policy and legal standards
- Negotiate purchase prices and develop preferred suppliers
- Promote and demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Arrange, organise and execute all external food stall activities for The Juicy Kitchen
- Establish and implement financial controls
- Keep current with trends in the restaurant industry as well as identifying and evaluating competitors
