Store Leader: Area Manager in Training

Aldi is seeking a career changer for an Area Manager Career Changer role. Through an intensive 12-month training programme, you’ll gain a rounded view of how we run Aldi stores and become part of our Area Manager team.

During induction you’ll gain a clear picture of the business, followed by focused training across store operations, team leadership and decision-making. By the end you’ll be ready to manage a store and a team, driving sales and delivering great customer service.
