Sygneus is seeking a high-performing Bid Writer to support defence, nuclear, robotics, AI and adjacent sectors. You will lead end-to-end bid activity, converting technical capability into structured, compelling submissions, working with founders, engineers, commercial leads and delivery teams.
Your role covers capture through submission management and post-submission support, coordinating inputs, building compliance matrices, and developing win themes to drive pipeline and win rates.
