Motorway is seeking a Dealer Resolutions Specialist to own complex dealer cases from intake to final resolution, coordinating across departments to protect the brand and deliver exceptional service. You will lead high-stakes escalations, mitigate reputational risk, drive incident response and continuous improvement, and ensure all case work complies with internal SLAs and industry regulations.
