SEMH Residential Care Worker for Boys

Ramsden Hall Academy, a Residential Special School for boys aged 10 to 16 with SEMH needs, seeks a Residential Child Care Worker. You will provide structured care after school, evenings and sleep-ins, supporting routines, meals and activities to help pupils thrive in a calm, safe environment.

Employment is term-time with INSET days, 39 weeks per year, and shifts including early and evening rosters. Experience with children or care roles is valued; safeguarding checks apply.
