Primary Care Health Assistant – Health Checks

One Health Lewisham is hiring a Healthcare Assistant with primary care experience to support our multidisciplinary team in Lewisham. You will assist in health checks, long-term condition reviews, and patient education, delivering treatment support and health promotion across the community.

You will also conduct baseline observations, wound care, BMI checks, and assist with minor procedures, ensuring rooms and fridges are prepared and stocked for sessions.
