NHS Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker – Community Ward

ESNEFT is recruiting a Health Care Support Worker at Clacton Town Clacton on a permanent basis. The Durban ward will provide community step up and down care, opening Nov 2026 to support seasonal pressures.

The role involves assisting Registered Nurses, supporting daily living activities, and maintaining infection control and dignity for patients and carers. We welcome NHS/healthcare experience and offer flexible working options, access to training and development, and a generous pension scheme.
