Senior Support Worker – Lead & Inspire in Stroud

Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help establish a new Supported Living service in Stroud, Gloucestershire. You’ll support an autistic gentleman to live an active, independent life and lead a small team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, a proactive approach and commitment to safeguarding. Competitive pay (£14.45–£15.05 per hour) and opportunities for training and progression are offered.
