Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to work across the 5 neighbourhoods of Tameside. You will join a MDT in the community, with induction support and a buddy, and may work across localities as required.
Newly qualified applicants will undertake a preceptorship programme, and the post holder will coordinate caseload in the absence of the team lead, while supervising junior staff and learners.
