Public Health Nurse (0-19) – Community Care

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 5 Public Health Staff Nurse to join the 0-19 Public Health Service in the West Locality, covering Witney and surrounding areas. You will work with Health Visitors, School Health Nursing and Family Nurse Partnership to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.

You will engage in health promotion activities, undertake developmental assessments, and collaborate with agencies to improve outcomes for children aged 0-8 years. Driving is required.
