Care Operations Manager | Growth, Quality & Compliance

NurtureCare is seeking an Operational Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of our community care services in Nottingham. This is a hands-on role supporting the Operational Director and Registered Manager, focusing on service delivery, workforce planning, quality assurance and compliance.

With a Monday–Friday pattern, the role offers a salary of £28,000 to £35,000 per year, on-call retainer payments, and an opportunity to shape growth while maintaining high-quality, person-centred care.
