Support Worker: Empowering Active Living

Discovery is seeking caring individuals to support six adults in Glastonbury, assisting with personal care, daily hygiene, and promoting dignity and choice throughout the day.

You’ll help with mobility, attend activities in the community, and support hydrotherapy and outings. No prior experience required; full training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive team in a not-for-profit setting.
