Care Quality & Records Manager

Bluebird Care Westminster is seeking a Support Care Manager to audit and maintain high-quality home care records, reviews and safety actions. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates while supporting families and customers in their own homes.

The successful candidate will work with care managers and frontline staff, conduct quality visits, and drive improvements. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for customer visits; DBS checks apply.
