Voyage Care is seeking Fieldcare Supervisors to lead our supported living services in Bridgwater and Taunton. You will develop person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new teammates, and supervise teams to help people gain more independence.
DBS checks and regulatory compliance are part of the role. You should have care management experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with experience working with autism, brain injury, and challenging behaviours.
