Recovery-Driven Community Mental Health Nurse (Home Visits)

Dorset HealthCare is recruiting a registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Wimborne Adult CMHT team. You will work within a close, multidisciplinary group to support recovery, person-centred approaches and high-quality care in the community.

You will be supported in your clinical work and professional development, with supervision from the Team Leader. A good IT literacy and a valid driving licence for home visits are essential, and DBS checks are required.
