Patient Experience Digital Analytics Lead

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Experience Digital Officer to join the Patient Experience, Engagement and Insight Team in Walsall. You will lead the coordination and reporting of patient experience intelligence, including FFT, and develop dashboards for stakeholders to inform decisions.

You will analyse feedback, produce meaningful reports, and work with clinical and operational teams to drive service improvements using data and insight.
