Compassionate Care Team Leader – Shift Supervisor

Ashberry Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader (Care) to support residents and lead care staff within our clinical care home. This hands-on role combines direct care with shift leadership to ensure high standards of person-centred care.

We require a calm, confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care preferred; experience as Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader is desirable. DBS check applies.
