Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator at our Stourport-on-Severn location. You will coordinate care services, match carers with clients, and plan rotas to ensure continuity of care while communicating with families and healthcare professionals.
The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. A minimum of 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK is required.
