Early Years Inclusion Practitioner

Our ‘Early Years Support’ strand of work is commissioned by the Government of Jersey to ensure active participation and inclusion of all children in mainstream early years and childcare provisions.

Our Early Years Inclusion Practitioners implement adaptations to ensure children’s needs are met and inclusive practice is maintained. They liaise with the Programme Co-ordinator, the Programme and Development Manager and the Programmes and Services Director to work alongside the childcare provision management, key workers, and other staff members in helping to provide a stimulating and varied learning environment. You must have a level 3 qualification in early years/childcare (or equivalent).
