Social Care Practitioner, Learning Disability Team PartTime

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a part-time Social Care Practitioner to join its Learning Disability Team in Wokingham. You will support adults to live the lives they choose, remain safe and live well in their communities, with supervision from a social worker or occupational therapist.

You’ll have opportunities for progression to Grade 6 after meeting progression criteria, and you’ll join a council recognised for strong social care performance and a supportive benefits package.
