Sensory Needs Social Care Practitioner

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Social Care Practitioner to join the Sensory Needs Service in Wokingham. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a clear progression path to Grade 6 after meeting criteria.

You will work under supervision with a social worker or Occupational Therapist to support adults with sensory needs. You will engage with individuals to identify what matters to them, perform strengths-based assessments, and ensure clear documentation and reporting.
