Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

RJS Resourcing Ltd in Truro is seeking a Support Worker for learning disabilities and complex needs in a day service. This female-only role offers day shifts and a part-time contract (16+ hours), with induction, shadowing and specialist training.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with personal care and daily routines, and work with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to promote engagement, dignity and independence. A right to work in the UK is required.
