Hygiene Site Manager – Lead Cleaning & Team Growth

OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of £2bn. We are seeking a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor to monitor hygiene teams, allocate tasks, and maintain high cleaning standards on our Newark site.

You will recruit and coach staff, conduct inductions, ensure training records are up to date, and handle HR matters with support from area management and HR, while maintaining positive relationships with store representatives.
