Vehicle Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Vehicle Technician role…

Salary: £36,000 + DOELocation: BedfordshireType of Contract: Permanent, Full-timeHours: 5 Days Per Week 8am-6pm

Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician

• You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard.
• Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard.
• Prepare them for MOT tests (If you hold a licence then will be asked to do the MOT too)
• Previous track record of workshop experience
• Health & Safety Awareness

Requirements for a successful Vehicle Technician

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience.
• Valid MOT testing licence advantageous but not needed
• Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure.
• Great at working as part of a team.
• Hold a full driving licence.
