Join Natures Way Foods as a Hygiene Operative and help keep our process lines running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, safe and ready for the next shift. We provide full training, so no prior experience is needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The hours you’ll work:
You’ll work a days only shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Over a 4-week period, you’ll work 14 shifts in total. A typical schedule is:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
With this rota, you’ll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.
What you’ll do:
- Chemical washing of production machinery and surrounding areas
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals
- Operating and maintaining hygiene equipment
- Maintain accurate and up to date hygiene records in accordance with company procedures
What we’re ideally looking for from you:
- Previous hygiene experience in a factory or production environment
- Positive attitude
- Motivation and drive, with a willingness to learn
