Highways General Operative – Hands-On Road Maintenance

Monmouthshire County Council is recruiting a General Operative for the County Highways Network to carry out highway maintenance and construction tasks. You will support both planned and reactive works across the county, working alongside experienced colleagues to keep the highway network safe and reliable for communities.

This is a permanent role, 37 hours per week, based at Raglan Depot (NP15 2ER). Salary £28,153–£30,023 with DBS and location details as described in the posting.
