We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our successful estate agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service. If you already have experience in estate agency lettings and are looking to develop your career in the property industry, we want to hear from you.
Principle Responsibilities
- Demonstrating leadership and organisation of our team of negotiators
- Carrying out viewings of properties to let
- Managing daily enquiries and arranging property viewings through telephone and emailcommunications
- Handling customer objections and seeking alternative solutions
- Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with landlords and understanding theirrequirements
- Supporting market appraisals through rent reviews and re-lets
- Handling offers, negotiations, and queries between landlords and tenants
- Supporting marketing efforts and canvassing for new properties and landlords
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and client communication
The right candidate will be
- At least 18 months to 2 years industry experience
- A team player who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Able to build strong relationships with clients while proactively exploring new businessopportunities
- Professional, articulate, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
