Join a leading property developer in Acton, West London, supporting customers as they prepare to move into their new homes.
If you’re a customer-focused, organised property professional, your exprtise will be paramount in supporting a busy handover period. For someone with experience in property, lettings, housing, hospitality or customer service and looking for your next contract, this could be a great opportunity to get stuck in quickly.
What you’ll be doing:
Keeping customers informed and responding to queries.
Coordinating home tours, handover appointments and inspections.
Updating Salesforce and keeping customer records accurate.
Liaising with site teams, sales and managing agents to keep everything on track.
Making sure the small details add up to a smooth customer experience.
Could this be you?
You’ll have around 2-3 years’ customer-facing experience, excellent organisational skills and a natural ability to communicate with people. Experience in new homes, estate agency, lettings, property management, housing or hospitality could all be relevant.
You’ll need to be confident using computer systems, comfortable juggling priorities and happy working on-site in Acton, Monday to Friday.

The details:
£120 – £130 per day + holiday pay (£135 – £145 inc.holiday), depending on experience
Temporary contract through to approximately January/February 2027
Monday-Friday, fully site-based
