Trauma-Informed Housing Support Officer (Cardiff)

Taff Housing Association is seeking a caring and compassionate Support Officer to join Ty Seren in Cardiff. You will help residents build independence by providing tailored support, fostering resilience, and promoting independent living skills in a psychologically informed environment.

You’ll work with residents to set goals, run workshops, and support safeguarding and welfare, while using your knowledge of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
