2nd Line ICT Support Engineer – MS 365 & Azure

VolkerWessels UK is seeking an experienced 2nd Line ICT Support Analyst to join our IT team supporting the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE). Based in Blackfriars with travel to Kent, South London and Sussex, you’ll support over 1,400 users, delivering 2nd Line and occasional 1st Line support across hardware, software and networking.

You’ll manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365, assist onboarding, issue resolutions, and contribute to security initiatives and knowledge
