On-Site IT Support Technician (Desk-Side & Training)

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Stafford is seeking an OSS Technician to deliver desk-side IT support to users, with a focus on hands-on intervention and incident resolution. Based on-site, you will ensure devices are ready-to-use and provide quick guidance to users.

Training begins in Birmingham before opening the Stafford office. The role runs Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
