Job Description:
Amplify Education is seeking an IT Technician to join the IT Team from 1 December 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. You will provide remote and face-to-face technical support to enable effective IT use by staff and students.
You will advise and train users, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-specialists to guide staff and pupils through resolution steps.
