Store Manager – Fast-Paced Retail Lead (Community & Cause)

St Christopher’s is seeking a Store Manager for our Downham retail store. You will lead a fast-paced team, oversee stock, staff and compliance, and report to an Area Manager.

This permanent, full-time role is 36 hours per week on a 7-day rota. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, cash handling, health and safety, and delivering excellent customer service while managing paid and volunteer staff.
