Field-Based Reactive Maintenance Customer Care

The Lovell is seeking a Customer Care Operative to carry out reactive maintenance across our sites. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will attend properties in London and surrounding areas, resolve issues promptly and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

You will liaise with occupants and provide essential support to subcontractors, while building strong relationships with purchasers and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
