Store Operations Leader – Customer & Trading

Sainsbury’s Limited in Droitwich is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Convenience store to drive daily operations and service excellence. You will lead a small team to ensure the store runs smoothly, delivering strong customer experiences from opening through close.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and help achieve KPIs while upholding safety and availability standards. Occasional support for nearby stores may be required.
