Retail Customer Experience Lead – Betting Shop

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service and drive standards daily in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat custom.

Salary is £13.00 per hour, with a typical weekly rota around 15 hours. Our shops operate across Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm with flexible opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
