Nightshift Store Operations Manager – Replenishment

Sainsbury’s Limited is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift at the Stevenage store. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a starting salary of £31,700 and a £4,500 nightshift premium, working 21:00–07:00 over 4 nights.

You will lead a team overnight to ensure replenishment, stock organisation and safe operations, then hand over a well-prepared store in the morning to serve customers. Strong people management and KPI focus are essential.
