Housing Reception & Customer Service Advisor

Torus Group in Liverpool is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our Reception team. Based at our city centre office, you will be the first point of contact for customers and handle a range of housing enquiries, repairs, rent accounts and tenancy matters.

You will listen, apply policies, and provide clear advice, taking ownership to resolve issues quickly. The role requires strong communication, IT skills, and the ability to work across multiple offices when needed.
