An exciting opportunity has arisen for Night Production Operatives to join a modern, high-speed manufacturing facility operating automated production and packing lines.
This role would suit individuals with previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, packaging, assembly, or other fast-paced environments. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your manufacturing career.
The Role
As a Night Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, and support the smooth running of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring automated production and packing equipment.
- Loading materials and packaging supplies as required.
- Carrying out quality inspections and product checks.
- Ensuring products are packed and labelled correctly.
- Following production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Reporting machinery faults, defects, or quality concerns.
- Supporting line changeovers and production start-ups.
- Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

- Understanding of health & safety and quality standards within a production setting.
